History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: Gifted from a young age, Anselm studied abroad. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
