Description: This man wears a simple black robe with brown stripes complete with hood. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized aquamarine on his left hand. He wears his red hair down. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Norman is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Norman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: He usually wears his blue robe and has his bastard sword always slung over his shoulder. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly bastard swords and scythes. He wears a feathered hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Diggory was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Description: This man wears a tight fitting blue shirt and pants, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His black hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a great chef.

History: Roger was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears a tan coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Crown-heir like his mother before him.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a unemployed again
