Description: He is a husky man, who dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has white hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He very much looks the part of a Barber. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: He was raised in a island tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He became a Barber soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and revenge

Description: He wears just a pastel suit. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Bertram wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has green eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He is wearing a long, green cloak, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. His tied-back hair is blonde. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
