History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy
