He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Animal Trainer, who enjoyed hunting, Lance was taken on many hunting expeditions. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
