History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 78. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Trym never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Description: An older man who wears dull tan sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Diggory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Diggory has worked very hard to control his curse. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Shane abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality
