Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Mayor business.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his nunchaku. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is greedy

Description: This eastern man wears a tan shirt with thin green vertical stripes and grey pants. His clothes are grease stained in places. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He got into the Armorer business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has decided he is irredeemable
