Roger Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]

Personal [hide]

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered black stockings. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Roger wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The war was a terrible time for him, and Roger does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Roger was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Roger took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
