History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Shane was born with his father's beautiful face. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shane fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
