Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Percival was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Miller. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
