Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. After coming to the age of reason, Robert took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
