History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Kyle was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Description: An older man who wears a white small hat and white clothes, he is not a threatening figure. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He bought a longbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has a long golden beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Ralf will drive conversation. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cook business.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Cook work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cook work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Thomas was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.
