His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Gifted from a young age, Percival studied abroad. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
