History: Born in the west to a Detective, Percival learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Everard never married again.
