History: Roland was born with his father's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: An older man who wears a grey shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and yellow pants, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is chestnut and curly. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and expand his business

Description: An older man who wears suspenders and grey workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy grey leather apron most of the time, he is not a threatening figure. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a blue armored body suit, with a simple yellow line shooting up and back down. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Scribe who has hired him part-time. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
