History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Charles and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Charles discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
