History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tailor for the past few years.

History: Gerard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Slave Trader, and he later adopted a second son.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
