Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To be a Detective again; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Robert was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Weaver. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Justin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Alexandre was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alexandre's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
