Personality: Frederick hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Miller mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miller.
