History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Bernard has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bernard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Clerebold was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Banker. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
