History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age his father died while driving off some goblins. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in lance use. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He's in love; and expand his business

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
