Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Bernard was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it.
