History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear pastel clothing when he does not wear armor, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Map Maker but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

Description: He is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, white shirt, and tan tie. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bernard grew up listening to his father's many stories. Bernard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Gerard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
