Description: This man stands a little under 5'11" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His red hair is cut short. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trym fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He stands about 5'7" and wears yellow trousers with grey and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is long and golden with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a monstrous two handed axe, but if one is not available he will default to his sword. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His ears are large.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Arnold was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He stands about 6'2" and wears a green shirt with thin black vertical stripes and blue pants. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Adam grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Adam. Being a Beggar kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.
