Through the years after Miles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Miles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears an entirely white suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Hugh was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he has money and likes to spend it

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
