History: Rolf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Performer, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
