Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a white top hat and white clothes. He has wavy silver hair. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

Thomas Willoughby, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thomas is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
