History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Conrad was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to clean up the streets
