History: Rolf was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
