Conrad Braxton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a green coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Conrad reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Anthony Skelton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with red lining and desert motifs. His white hair is thinning but still full. His green eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and many drow want him driven away

Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a yellow shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Barkeep. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barkeep.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult.

Jocelyn Shipley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His long chestnut hair reaches down to his waist. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Clerebold Skelton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his monstrous two handed axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. His hair is cut close to his head. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Clerebold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp.
