History: Gifted from a young age, Jocelyn studied abroad. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jocelyn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Simon embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Simon and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is content

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. John enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Stableman kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is greedy; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
