Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Heward is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born into a rich family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Courier and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was born into a rich family. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is content

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Aldous was born with his father's beautiful face. One day when Aldous was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Aldous was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born in the east to a Painter, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.
