Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and doesn't want to be a laborer and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Hugh wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He got into the Navigator business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He has taken up work as a Navigator and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
