Description: 5'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is golden and very short. His eyes are gray.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Robert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, William will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and William does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When William reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. His auburn hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is content; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Odo was taken on many hunting expeditions. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has taken up work as a Mason and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and human compassion
