Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears baggy red pantaloons and a black scarf. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: Gerald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). In the meantime he has taken over work as a Layabout and occasionally as a mercenary.

His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: An older man who wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, he is not a threatening figure. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and brown robe with the hood down. His black hair is braided into rings. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The war was a terrible time for him, and Randal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Doctor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to unite with his sister
