Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He uses divination through singing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Manfred was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
