History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are amber and beady.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Balimaar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well.
