He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to settle down with his crush

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
