History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. The war was a terrible time for him, and Conrad does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Conrad reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bather. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he seems to be bored by most things
