History: Percival was born the youngest of three triplets. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it
