Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a white shirt, with a tan mid length shorts with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Chad was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
