Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of brigands once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Percival was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
