History: Heward was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. History: Born in the south to a Mayor, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
