Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Norman was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Norman's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cook who has hired him part-time. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
