History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Junk Dealer. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Priest for the past few years.
