History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kody grew up listening to his father's many stories. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

History: He comes from a rich western family. Through the years after John was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. John's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has money and likes to spend it
