Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a brown shirt with thin pastel vertical stripes and green pants. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Gilbert was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gilbert decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After months of barely getting by, Gilbert managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He has shaved his head bald. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Marshal and was forced into it by his family.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
