Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to share knowledge with the world

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
