History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
