History: Shane hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and to reunite with his old friends
